How long we will store your data
- We will not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes that we are storing the data.
- The personal data that we store to fulfill our obligations and services to visitors of our website will be retained for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 24 months. The photos are published primarily on LAYERED websites but could also include LAYERED’s other channels, for example LAYERED newsletter, LAYERED Sales Catalogue or partner channels, showroom etc to give other customers a glimpse of their real-life uses.

You provide LAYERED AB, a Swedish company under registration number 556618-2944 (hereinafter "LAYERED"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in LAYERED' sole discretion and without any obligations to you, to use your pictures in their marketing and / or advertising, including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your photos. Furthermore, you give LAYERED your consent to use photos where you can be identified for marketing and / or advertising purposes, according to Sw: Lag om namn och bild i reklam (1978:800).

Kjøpsvilkår
Ved kjøp på Layereds nettside aksepterer man også Layereds generelle vilkår. Ved å akseptere de generelle vilkårene våre godtar kunden vilkårene i sin helhet samt at vedkommende har tatt del i forenlig informasjon og samtykker til håndtering av personopplysninger og informasjonskapsler i henhold til Layereds retningslinjer.
Kjøpsavtale inngås i forbindelse med at Layered bekrefter bestillingen ved å sende en bestillingsbekreftelse via e-post. Bestillingsbekreftelsen sendes til e-postadressen som ble oppgitt direkte av kunden ved bestilling. Bestillingsbekreftelsen bør tas vare på for eventuell kontakt med Layereds kundeservice eller lignende.
Layered forbeholder seg retten til prisendring, sluttsalg, og at det kan være eventuelle faktafeil på nettsiden eller i annonsene våre. Med faktafeil menes for eksempel, men ikke utelukkende, eventuelle prisfeil, produktbeskrivelser og feil lagersaldo. Fra leveringsdato gjelder tre (3) års garanti i henhold til forbrukerkjøpsloven. Garantien dekker kun originale produksjonsfeil og ikke feil forårsaket av kunden eller som av noen annen grunn Layered ikke er ansvarlig for. For bruksslitasje gjelder 2 års garanti.
Dersom varen din er skadet ved levering, må dette dokumenteres av deg umiddelbart og rapporteres til oss på Layered innen 24 timer. Undersøk pakken skikkelig før du tar imot varen og signerer følgeseddelen. Hvis pakken er skadet, be sjåføren om at dette noteres på følgeseddelen før du signerer og sørg for at du får en kopi.
Før du signerer følgeseddelen:- Gå gjennom ytre og indre emballasje som varen kom i. Ved eventuell skade, be sjåføren om å notere dette på følgeseddelen før du signerer den.

Under no circumstances shall Layered be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of its obligations hereunder.
For juridiske forhold mellom Kunden og Layered skal svensk lov gjelde. Layered forplikter seg til å følge eventuelle anbefalinger fra den svenske Allmänna reklamationsnämden. Kjøpere i EU kan bruke EU-kommisjonens tvisteløsningsplattform, se ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Hvis det sendes inn en klage via denne plattformen, sendes saken videre til riktig nasjonalt ansvarlig tvisteløsningsorgan, som forsøker å løse tvisten uten innblanding fra domstolen.
Layered tar ansvar for all personlig informasjon som vi mottar fra deg. Personopplysningene du oppgir til oss vil bli brukt til å sikre leveranser til deg, kredittvurdering og for å gi deg tilbud. Informasjonen du oppgir er kun tilgjengelig for Layered og vil ikke bli delt med noen tredjepart.
