Layered applies the Swedish law on consumers’ right and offers a warranty period of three years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers only defects existing at the time of delivery and does not cover defects or damage caused by the Customer or by any other circumstance which Layered is not responsible for. For use wear the warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
Under no circumstances shall Layered be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of its obligations hereunder.
These Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection therewith shall be governed by Swedish law.
All personal information that vi get from you, Layered will have responsibility of. The personal information that you give to us will be used for safe deliverys to you, credit assesment and keep you updated with special offers.
